Petr Kynčl

Full-Stack & Product Engineer / Founder of MationX

I build and run complete products on my own: a paid SaaS that automates real Android phones, with its own Kotlin runtime and a client fleet in production, plus 50+ custom automations since 2024. I work with AI coding agents and own architecture, security and operations myself.

Founder & Engineer MationX · solo: product, code, ops, clientsmationx.com

  • Built MationX Studio, a paid SaaS for automating real Android phones: a React Flow builder with 130+ blocks whose flows compile to an AST run by my native Kotlin engine on the device.
  • Android client: ~42k lines of Kotlin, 106 releases (Google Play + sideload). Per-device encrypted projects (RSA-OAEP + AES-GCM), exactly-once commands over Socket.IO/FCM, WebRTC remote control.
  • Fleet layer: QR/PIN pairing, groups, shared access with roles, remote updates. A fleet client is rolling it out across 100+ phones, with pricing tiers up to 500.
  • Next.js 16 / Express 5 / PostgreSQL (55 models, ~300 routes), public REST API and an MCP server (47 tools, OAuth 2.1) for AI agents; Stripe billing, affiliates, passkey-protected admin.
  • Run production myself: realtime gateway split from the API so deploys never drop phones, zero-downtime deploys with rollback; cut a 90-device API response from 3.4 MB to under 100 KB.

Freelance Automation Developer Fiverr → TaskerProjects.com → MationX

  • 50+ custom automations for clients worldwide: Android UI automation, WhatsApp workflows, mobile-money payments over USSD/SMS, backends for apps with no API. Scoped, priced, delivered and supported each one myself.
  • Worldee (Prague travel startup, 2024–25): external development, working directly with the CTO.
  • YouTube (@mationxcom, since 2024): English tutorials on Tasker and Android automation that bring in clients.

STITCH self-improving Android agent, built solo overnightcode90 s demo

  • Agents 0.0.7 hackathon, 10.5 hours through the night. When it can't do a task, it explores the app's accessibility tree, compiles the steps into a tested, versioned skill and exposes it as an MCP tool; sending or paying always waits for a human.
  • 11 skills across 7 apps; 52 of 55 reuses ran with zero AI calls, in 4–5 s. Kotlin, Node.js, Next.js.

Smart home platform in daily use by my family, 24/7 on a Raspberry Pi 5

  • Next.js PWA wired straight to the hardware: 6 heating circuits with weather compensation and safety cutoffs, passkey door unlock (WebAuthn), 5 WebRTC cameras, live MQTT sensors, Ubiquiti PoE switch monitoring, a Python robot-vacuum bridge. Per-area permissions on all 80 API routes.

Recents Bluetooth call-recorder prototype

  • Firmware in C for a Bluetooth chip (RTOS) that relays and records both sides of an iPhone ↔ AirPods call over HFP; reverse-engineered parts of Apple's AirPods control protocol.

Also built: Internát, a production-ready dormitory check-in system demoed to a dorm's staff (internat.cz) · Czech dictation on local Whisper, WER-benchmarked · tools.mationx.com
